Excel’s New Year RESET Challenge

Get ready for Excel’s newest New Year RESET Challenge!  This challenge is a similar idea to our Metabolic Fire Kicker challenges that we started up a decade ago!  Although, as I’m sure you can imagine there have been many new discoveries over the last decade with regards to nutrition.  So, for this challenge, we are incorporating some of the latest and greatest booms in nutrition to jack up your fat loss!  Oh yeah, baby! Can you feel my excitement coming through the screen?!! 

 

This New Year RESET Challenge incorporates Intermittent Fasting (IF) with a low carb diet to ramp up your results. 

 

The challenge is a 28-day Challenge where you have 2 options:
A) You can eat EXACTLY what and when I tell you to eat, or
B) You can follow a generalized template while staying within the IF and dietary guidelines.

• Kick-off Meeting – Friday, January 31st @ 7-730am or Sunday, February 2nd @ 9-930am

Small Group Personal Training

“Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality.” 

 

Excel’s Small Group Personal Training is an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of our coaches’ expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

 

Some of our clients may potentially do both — pursue private training so they can work on their individual concerns relating specifically to their bodies, and at the same time enjoy the experience of small group personal training. But they serve different purposes, so it’s important to understand the distinction.

 

Our small group personal training classes are not like traditional group fitness classes.  Our classes are intimate and focused on our clients exercising in a safe and effective way to reap the benefits of strength and conditioning, while significantly reducing their risks of injury.

 

In general, our classes have fewer than 10 participants and our coaches do not work out with our clients (in contrast with traditional group fitness classes).

 

Our goal is to help each client reach the goals they set for themselves in a fun atmosphere and to realize their own potential to improve their fitness level, health, and emotional well-being.

With a small group limited to 10 participants or less, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain high quality.

Strength & Conditioning Classes (O) – these are ongoing.  These classes are a mix mash of circuits and other fun stuff to build strength, aerobic capacity, balance, and mobility.
