Life Can Be Complicated, What We Eat Shouldn't Be!

While there are many aspects of our lives and our environment that we can’t control, what we eat, and how much we eat, is 100% in our control.  In order to change, we must challenge ourselves by changing our habits.  Making small, weekly changes will lead to big progressions in our body as it grows stronger – physically and mentally!

Food is like medicine and like medicine, the magic is in the dose. We help you learn sustainable and long lasting ways to eat for your specific body to achieve your goals.

First thing you need to ask yourself is what do you really want, and more importantly, WHY? 

  • Do you want to be lean and have muscle tone?
     

  • Do you want to be able to crush out 10 pull ups?
     

  • Do you want to have more energy and feel happier?
     

  • Or do you want to live longer and improve the quality of your life?  

These are great all goals.

The point is, you know what you want to look like, and how you want to feel, so why are you not that way right now?” What’s holding you back?

Is it a lack of motivation? Maybe.

When you’re doing something that works, you just look in the mirror and say, “Damn, I look good – this stuff really works.” Or you feel the ease of being able to slip on those skinny jeans.  That’s it. Or perhaps it’s poor exercise habits? Sometimes, especially if you’re completely sedentary. If your daily activity involves nothing more than moving from one piece of furniture to another, you’re simply not going to get the body you want. Looking good naked requires intense exercise – and yes, that’s more than 30 minutes three times a week! But even so, I see lots of people who are already exercising – and many times even they aren’t getting the results they’re looking for. So what could be holding you back from the body of your dreams??? Answer: Nutrition! Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or just live healthy, the limiting factor is almost always nutrition.  Poor nutrition is what holds you back. And good nutrition is what will move you forward.

Accountability Check-ins

Schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins with our coaches to keep you motivated and accountable to stay on track with reaching and maintaining your goals. These appointments could be anywhere from 15-30 minutes long.
