It’s the step-by-step plan you need to transform your body and boost your confidence, with a program designed to deliver results.
Our coaches will pump you up to get you into the MINDSET required to SUCCEED!
NOW is the time to change those “should’s” into “must’s”!
April 28th - June 8th
Challenge Includes:
In-Person or Virtual training sessions with our coaches. This is a key part to staying motivated and to keep you accountable. A minimum of 1-3 Private Training sessions is required per week. You could join Small Group Personal Training in addition to private sessions.
Home or gym workouts to be done on your own.
Meal plans with multiple options for each meal, that give you a ton of delicious fat-burning, muscle-building foods to enjoy
Tasty ideas and recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – even snacks and desserts!
Accountability Tracker to ensure you are hitting your daily goals.
Weekly weigh-ins and progress photos (optional)
Personal Investment:
Silver: 6 private training sessions throughout the challenge $70 + HST per session
Gold: 12 private training sessions throughout the challenge $65 + HST per session
Platinum: 18 private training sessions throughout the challenge $60 + HST per session
